Driven by a passion for brewing

Exploring Styles and Flavors

I started my career in law, but everything changed when I discovered brewing. What began as curiosity became a true passion, leading me to leave the legal field and fully dedicate myself to the craft. For over a decade now, I’ve turned that passion into a profession, committed to creating beers with precision, creativity, and purpose.

I have developed strong expertise in crafting over 60 different beer styles across the Belgian, German, American, and English brewing traditions, including classics such as Pilsner, Vienna Lager, Dunkel, Bock, Weizen, Dunkelweizen, Blonde, Dubbel, Tripel, Quadrupel, Grisette, Stout, Bitter, Witbier, Märzen, IPA, Imperial Stout, Belgian Dark Strong Ale, Barleywine, California Common, and English IPA, etc.

Core Brewing Skills

I bring a strong brewing skill set developed through years of hands-on experience in both brewpub and production environments. My expertise includes recipe development, water chemistry, quality control, and full brewery operations, along with proven leadership in training teams, improving processes, and ensuring consistent beer quality across production scales.

Industry Recognition

I’m recognized in the brewing industry for my technical expertise and professional involvement. I’ve served as a competition judge, attended international brewing congresses, and been featured in industry publications and books—experiences that reflect my hands-on skills and commitment to quality, innovation, and continuous growth.
